Terms of service

Last updated: September 29, 2026. These Terms of Service govern access to www.doadc.com and purchases through the Doadc store. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. Store use and accounts

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity conducted through your account. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person or use the store for fraud.

2. Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, package contents and care notes. Color and scale may appear different depending on photography and display settings. Minor packaging or product details may change without affecting essential function. Follow product instructions and use each tool only on compatible surfaces.

3. Prices and availability

Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout before payment is the transaction price, subject to correction of obvious errors. Promotions may include time, product, destination or order-value restrictions.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, address and order details before fulfillment. We may limit quantities or cancel orders involving unavailable items, obvious pricing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or promotion misuse. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Payment

You authorize the payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout, including applicable shipping and taxes. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. Payment services are provided by Shopify and other third parties and may be subject to their own terms.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Processing, estimates, tracking, customs and delivery responsibilities are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, authorization, return shipping, inspection and refund timing are described in the Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, logos, photography and other content are owned by or licensed to Doadc and are protected by applicable law. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit its content without permission.

8. Customer content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Doadc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to privacy law.

9. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment providers, carriers and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services. Links to third-party sites do not constitute a guarantee of their content or practices.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By using the store, you acknowledge that information is processed as described there and by relevant service providers.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim; indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labor action, government restriction, conflict, public-health event, utility failure or network outage.

13. Changes, applicable law and disputes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Before beginning formal proceedings, contact support@doadc.com with the order number and requested resolution so the issue can be reviewed.
