Last updated: September 29, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Doadc (“Doadc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit www.doadc.com, place an order, create an account, contact us or otherwise use the store and related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and shipping address; account credentials and preferences; order, cart, payment-confirmation, delivery, return and refund information; and messages, reviews or other content you send to us.

We and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location, referral source, pages and products viewed, links selected, cart activity and timestamps. Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. We receive transaction status and order details but do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.

2. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers involved in checkout, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, analytics and advertising. If another person places an order for you, we may receive delivery details from that person.

3. How we use information

5. How information is disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, cloud and security providers, analytics and advertising services, email and communication providers, customer-support vendors and professional advisers. These parties process information for the services they provide and are subject to their own legal or contractual duties.

We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, when required by law or valid legal process, to investigate unlawful activity, protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets.

6. Shopify and international processing

The store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through the store is processed by Shopify to provide ecommerce, checkout, security and related services. Where required, recognized transfer mechanisms or appropriate safeguards are used.

7. Cookies and privacy choices

Essential cookies support functions such as cart, checkout, security and account access. Optional cookies may support preferences, analytics, personalization or advertising. Where the privacy banner is presented, you can select Accept, Decline or Manage preferences for optional categories. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although parts of the store may stop working correctly.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws define “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising broadly enough to include certain advertising disclosures. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. Transactional messages about orders, returns, security or policy changes may still be sent. The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Third-party websites linked from the store operate under their own policies.
